Request a Refund

If you encounter any issues with a vending machine at UNC Greensboro, we’re here to help! To request a refund please visit the Parking Operations Office located in the Walker Parking Deck. For credit card based refunds please visit mobile-vend.com.

Please submit your refund request within 5 business days of your loss by completing a refund form at the assigned indicated location. Identification may be required.

To report any other issues regarding vending machines on campus please contact UNCG Vending Services at 336.334.5764 or vending@uncg.edu. When calling or emailing please provide the issue, equipment type (beverage/snack machine), and location of the vending machine.

Vending Refund Policy

  • Any refund request submitted may be subject to review at our discretion.
  • Refund requests may be submitted for up to 5 days past the stated date of loss.
  • Each Item must be submitted on a single vending refund request form, no bundling of claims for multiple days will be honored at any of the vending refund locations.
  • All required fields of information on the vending refund request form must be completed.
  • Proof of identification (e.g. – UNCG identification card or other form of recognized picture identification such as a Driver’s License or Passport) may be required to submit a refund request.
